A pod of friendly dolphins joined a cruise boat as it made its way down the Murray River near Mandurah in Western Australia on Wednesday, May 31, delighting those on board.

The ocean creatures playfully travelled in front of the boat as it entered the river near where it meets Austin Bay. The Murray River is typically a habitat for cod, perch and swans, but dolphins are seen less often.
