After a long recovery, Gracie the koala was returned to the wild at Columbey National Park on November 23. Gracie’s intrepid spirit can be seen as she races up the tree without even a moment’s pause.

The four-year-old koala had been receiving treatment at Port Stephens Koalas in New South Wales after being struck by a car. She broke her hind leg, requiring a pin, and was in a cast for six weeks.

Gracie’s inspiring return to the wild is seen in this video.
