Drone Footage Reveals Overhead View of Tultepec Fireworks Explosion

Rumble Flames, fireworks and smoke burst into the air in a gigantic explosion at a fireworks market in Tultepec, Mexico, on December 20.

This drone footage, originally livestreamed to Facebook, shows an overhead view of the smoke-filled devastation.

The National Coordinator of Civil Protection <a href="https://twitter.com/LUISFELIPE_P/status/811336288808869888" target="_blank">reported</a> that at least 60 people were injured as of 4:30 pm local time, December 20.

No deaths have been officially confirmed, but <a href="http://internacional.elpais.com/internacional/2016/12/20/mexico/1482271955_439595.html" target="_blank">El Pais</a> reported that the incident had killed at least 29. President Enrique Peña Nieto <a href="https://twitter.com/EPN/status/811353507932475392" target="_blank">tweeted</a> condolences to “those who lost their lives.” The <a href="https://twitter.com/CruzRoja_MX/status/811337808270852096" target="_blank">Mexican Red Cross</a> said they deployed ten ambulances and fifty paramedics to the scene.
