A massive Antonov 124 touched down at Iqaluit Airport in Canada’s chilly north on Saturday to deliver a new engine to a stranded Swiss International Air Lines Boeing 777.

Swiss International Air Lines Flight 40 has been stranded in Iqaluit, which lies only 200 miles south of the Arctic Circle, ever since it was forced to make <a href="https://newswire.storyful.com/storylines/*/stories/156204?referred_from=World%20News&q=iqaluit" target="_blank">an emergency landing on February 1</a>.

The rare sighting of the Antonov, one of the largest heavy-lift planes in the world, was a draw for many local aviation buffs, <a href="http://www.nunatsiaqonline.ca/stories/article/65674huge_antonov_aircraft_brings_engine_to_flight_stranded_in_nunavut/" target="_blank">Nunatsiaq Online</a> reported. The plane flew from Zurich.
