Yosemite's Horsetail Fall Appears as 'Firefall'

This timelapse video, taken with an iPhone, captures the so-called <a href="http://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Winter-Phenomenon-Firefall-Returns-to-Light-Up-Yosemite-National-Park-413790393.html?_osource=SocialFlowFB_BAYBrand" target="_blank">firefall</a> at Horsetail Fall at Yosemite National Park. For about 10 days each February, the waterfall is lit up when the sun sets at a specific angle.

The photographer, Sangeeta Dey, told Storyful that, unlike last year, the entire area was covered with snow and ice and far less people were there than in previous years.
