Recovering Koala Learns to Walk Again

Ten days after a chiropractic and acupuncture session that <a href="" target="_blank">left Heather the koala grumpy</a> and sore, the elderly marsupial looked like a new animal, up and walking with seemingly no pain.

Heather came into the shelter’s care in March and was unable to walk, <a href="" target="_blank">hence the unusual medical procedures</a>.

She seems to be able to move pretty quickly to get to her food – a good sign, indeed.
