Firefighter Rescues Woman From Crane in Toronto

A firefighter brought a woman down to the ground from a crane during an almost three-hour long rescue in Toronto, Canada, on April 26.

The woman spent several hours on the crane before she was brought down by <a href="http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/construction-crane-rescue-1.4085919" target="_blank">firefighter Rob Wonfor</a>.

The woman faces six criminal charges that include mischief and interfering with public property, according to <a href="https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2017/04/26/woman-stuck-on-a-crane-at-wellesley-and-church.html" target="_blank">local reports</a>.

The woman will spend a night in jail before being formally charged. It was not clear why she got on the crane in the first place.
