Lisa Beech was first determined to have a tumor when she was 15. When she was admitted to the healing center a little while prior, specialists found the tumor had spread all through her body. The 49-year-old stallion sweetheart from Nicholasville is presently in hospice at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. “She said ‘If this is God’s will, this is God’s will,'” Beech’s little girl, Amanda Sturgill, said.

Subsequent to hearing her mom just has few days to live, Sturgill chose she needed to take something to the clinic to perk her up. She chose her mom’s dearest pet. She made several calls. With the help from the McConathy Farm Rescue Team, they were able to get the Appaloosa rescue horse to Saint Joseph Hospital.

Lisa Beech embraced her steed for 15 minutes, and they shared one final kiss. Her girl trusts it isn’t the last time they’ll be as one. “She’ll see him again one day.”
