Ingredients:

2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick fries
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:

Rinse the potatoes under cold water to remove any excess starch.
In a large bowl, combine the salt, cornstarch, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
Heat the oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Fry the potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain the fries on paper towels and season with salt to taste.
Tips:

For extra crispy fries, soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before frying.
Don't overcrowd the pot or fryer when frying the fries. This will lower the temperature of the oil and make the fries soggy.
If you don't have a deep fryer, you can fry the fries in a large skillet. Just be sure to use enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.
Enjoy!

Here are some additional tips to make the best KFC Style Fries:

Use russet potatoes. They have a high starch content, which will make the fries crispy.
Cut the potatoes into uniform pieces so they cook evenly.
Don't overcrowd the pot or fryer when frying the fries. This will lower the temperature of the oil and make the fries soggy.
Don't overcook the fries. They should be golden brown and crispy, but not too hard.
Season the fries with salt to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
With these tips, you'll be able to make KFC Style Fries that are just as good as the ones from the restaurant!
