Court Filings: Feinstein Victim of ‘Elder Abuse’

In a recent court submission made by Katherine Feinstein, the daughter of the late Richard Blum, the wealthy husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein, the co-trustees of a trust established under Richard Blum’s name have been accused of elder abuse against Senator Feinstein.

Katherine Feinstein, who holds limited power of attorney over her mother, presented this allegation in the filing dated August 8, the San Francisco Gate is reporting.

This filing essentially confirmed earlier reports by various sources, highlighting that Katherine Feinstein, a former judge of San Francisco County Superior Court and the current San Francisco fire commissioner, was granted limited power of attorney by her mother on July 23, 2023.
