Texas Bill Combatting Forced Organ Harvesting Becomes Law

The state of Texas passed the first legislation in the US combatting organ harvesting of prisoners of conscience in China.

The law prevents insurance companies and health plans from covering organ transplants in countries known to commit organ harvesting, i.e. China.
