The Peruvian-born Marcela Velasco considers herself to be a Galactic Shaman. She is directed around the Earth to various sacred sites by various kinds of ET's and Light Beings in order to open or close energetic and/or dimensional portals. This either restricts or enhances the flow of particular spiritual energies. She has recently been to Mt Shasta, California, the Mongolian Desert and this interview takes place from Cuzco, Peru.
