Fairfax County, Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC, has produced a video on its website warning residence to be prepared for civil unrest. Some think it sounds like Covid lockdowns 2.0. What is behind this warning? Could it have something to do with President Biden’s threat to declare a Climate emergency?
