Banana Bread Recipe
2 Medium Bananas mashed
1 1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
100g Active Starter
2 cups AP Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking sada
1/4 tsp REAL salt
1/4 cup Coconut Oil or butter
3/4 to 1 cup milk
Mix dry. Mix wet ingredients. Combine. Pour in parchment lined pans or muffin tins. Bake 360 for 45 minutes or untilo a tooth pick comes clean. cool on a wire rack.
