SoulCast - Reflecting on Your Past Lives

This month of August is going to be life changing. You are manifesting a better life for yourself and humanity. You will start seeing the changes you have been hoping and longing for.

This latter part of 2023 might be somewhat tumultuous. Make sure you have your preparations so that when chaos ensues you can go home and hunker down where you, your family, pets and loved ones can be safe.

We are going through a process of spiritual growth. We get to stretch and grow. You have lived many lives in this life, and you’ve been asked to reflect on those lives, your lessons, your strengths, and gifts. These are the aspects of yourself that you get to share with the world. You were also asked to step into your joy and self-confidence. How is that going for you?

After you reflect on these many attributes and qualities you may want to be open to shifting your perception about yourself, your life and the events that are taking place in our world. Ask yourself how you can look at things differently. How can you see things more positively.? Ask yourself where the lessons and silver linings are in what is happening.

We are moving into a higher frequency of love and this process requires you to stretch and be uncomfortable, but this too will pass sooner than you realize. Move and stretch your body as we move through this process of transition so that these energies don’t sit and become stagnant in your body causing dis-ease.
