One of the best snacks in the world that is both super quick and super healthy is a hard boiled egg. They are jam packed with nutrients and can make a variety of dishes, but all that water heating, then boiling and making sure not to scorch yourself when fishing the eggs out can be a let down for aspiring chefs.

Boiling eggs in bulk on the stove can be quite the pain in the rear end, but there is an easier, faster and cleaner way to make them and they turn out just as good :) did you know you can make hard boiled eggs without water? All you will need is a preheated oven, a good muffin tin and some room temperature eggs. Just preheat your oven at 325 Fahrenheit, or 160 Celsius and let the eggs “boil" for 30 minutes.

The time it takes for eggs to cook in the oven might be longer than what we are used to, but when you consider that there will be no pots to wash and barely a leaked egg, it will become your favorite method! Best part about this method is that you can stick two muffin tins in your oven, which makes 24 hard boiled eggs for all sorts of recipes such as egg salads, deviled eggs and more!
