Steph Aiello has faced some nearly insurmountable challenges at a very young age.

The 26-year-old makeup artist was involved in two debilitating car accidents within two months of each other that changed her life forever.

When she was 20, Steph was returning on a road trip from Las Vegas when she fell asleep behind the wheel.

Tragically one of her best friends died in the crash that would end up leaving Steph a quadriplegic – paralyzed from the waist down.

After spending months in the hospital recovering, Steph was again involved in a car accident as her family’s car was hit by a drunk driver.

Although she lost partial function of her hands, Steph continued to keep her dream on the back burner as she battled depression and built her strength back up through physical therapy sessions.

Her therapist could see she needed more help regaining her focus so the two worked together to figure out how she could use her hands to hold makeup brushes and comfortably apply it.

As she regained her confidence, Steph decided to share her techniques on social media .

Tyra Banks spotted her at a beauty convention and invited her to her own Tyra Beauty convention.

When three-time pro-surfer Red Bull champion Carissa Moore saw Steph’s work, she knew she wanted her to do her bridal makeup for her upcoming wedding.

We can’t wait to see what other gorgeous looks Steph creates in the future!
