An extremely rare mugen char saved by me, even more obscure than Rare Ryu, a missing char still that is wanted. Well, here it is, Chaos Evil Ken aka ChaosEvilKen by haseeb1g. I have Chaos Evil Ken go up against Evil Ken and Evil Ryu by Reu to see how strong he is. He's pretty strong. The original Chaos Evil Ken is only compatible with Winmugen. However, if you go into the def file, go the the pal1 line and change the colon, ":" to semicolon, ";" before the word, "Palettes", then it will work on MUGEN 1.0 and 1.1. I got this char long ago in 2013, probably from haseeb1g's site. Enjoy this rare char!
