Baby Boy Sees Dad For The First Time With The Help Of Glasses
There is nothing cuter and priceless than seeing a small toddler having bonding time with his daddy, especially if he hasn’t seen him for months. While babies are small they still can't see very well, but their hearing is more developed, so that’s how they percept things around them. For a baby that has issues with his sight, it gets harder as it grows up. But, there is always a solution.
Cute nine-month-old Reagan Caldwell who had bad eyesight got a new pair of glasses just after his father Brandon was deployed to Antarctica with the Air Force for two months. Having this in mind, we assume he has never seen his dad’s face clearly. The only familiar thing about his dad was his voice. As Captain Caldwell, who has served in the Air Force for a decade, returned home, the emotion visibly overcame him and his son. You talk about an emotional homecoming? His father Brandon, still dressed in uniform, sings Reagan a song at their upstate New York, USA, home.
The moment the little baby boy laid eyes on his father for the very first time with his new glasses, he grins uncontrollably staring at him through his adorable blue glasses and gives his daddy the cutest hug you have ever seen. His reaction is priceless! "This was the hardest deployment so far and you can see how hard it was for Brandon to be away from Reagan by the emotion he showed when he finally had him in his arms again. Reagan did not skip a beat, and is loving having daddy back home.", said Reagan’s mom, Amanda.
In the video, Brandon holds his son while singing, “Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker’s man,” while Reagan dances excitedly in his dad’s arms and looks up at him. At one point in the song, the little boy pauses and rests his head against Brandon’s chest, while the proud dad pulls him close and becomes visibly emotional. This baby boy in upstate is melting hearts as he sees his father for the first time with glasses after a two-month deployment. Reagan's mother, Amanda, took the video of the happy reunion and was delighted that she got this emotional moment on camera. In fact, she said that Brandon was worried that Reagan might not remember him. That was certainly not the case!
Many videos deal with the same topic - babies being able to see their parents see for the first time, and no matter how many we have seen, they will always move us to the core. Two-year-old Ian Rivera had had a severe stroke while he was still in his mother’s uterus. This caused a buildup of fluid on the brain, which damaged his optic nerves and caused involuntary rapid eye movement. The moment he put his glasses on, he started smiling at his parents. A super cute sight, as he was able to see his parents properly for the first time. Wondering what on Earth has happened, little Ian kept putting his hands to his eyes to work out what has changed. His parents were asking him repeatedly if he likes his new glasses while Ian just beamed back at them.
