Hey guys! I’m Brad, and I make how-to videos. I do custom painting projects, guitar painting, airbrushing, spray can painting, wood working, and a variety of other finishing work and tutorials. Please subscribe and check out my channel for more!

This is the followup to my series on how to do a frankenstrat paint job with spray cans. In this video I demonstrate how to get a professional looking finish using spray cans. I'm using a catalyzed polyurethane clear coat for this paint job. This is an automotive clear coat, that allows you to get a mirror shine for a clear that looks like glass. This stuff works on guitars, cars, helmets, bikes, etc.

Here is a kit page I set up with most of what you will need if you want to be able to get a beautiful finish with spray cans in either polyurethane or lacquer: https://kit.com/bradangove/get-a-professional-looking-finish-with-spray-cans
