So file this news under really bizarre and really messed up news! Fifth Harmony’s website was hacked and a message about ISIS was posted to their main website! The girl group’s homepage on www.fifthharmony.com was replaced with an image of the Kurdish Flag and a very expletive political message! Here is what the website usually looks like… a gorgeous picture of the four of them all dressed in red… but over the weekend here is what the website actually looked like… You see the Kurdish flag and the message: Hacked by Rekan Error Kurdishhackerwashere #long live to Kurdistan #F***ISIS #F***TURKEY Fifth Harmony is currently on their 7/27 tour and of course it’s international, so you know their fanbase was probably asking themselves, WTF Fifth Harmony? Clearly, there’s proof in the pudding that the girls didn’t make the message or even mean what the message said! So I did some research and of course checked their social media accounts to see if they addressed the ISIS message… well looks like they were either unphased by the news or didn’t even know it happened! The ladies are riding high off their multiple Kids Choice Award wins and iHeartRadio wins! The Harmonizers pulled through for the girl group at the Kid’s Choice Awards helping them win favorite music group and favorite song! This might’ve been a little bit awkward for the group… Camila, the Fifth to their harmony… made her solo debut at the KCA’s on Saturday with Machine Gun Kelly. Then to have that happen with their website, it’s just all a big mess! BUT you know what, all the girls are fine and well, winning award after award and absolutely crushing the music game sans Camila! Are you guys ticked off by the Fifth harmony hacker? Should the girls go on public record and address the mishap, or is it water under the bridge at this point? Let me know what you guys are thinking in the comments below! Also, how do you feel about their Kid’s Choice Award wins?
