Is Beyonce's Secret 'Soul Cycle' Workout Too Much for Her Pregnancy?
We all know celebrities bounce back into working out post pregnancy like super heroes…but this celebrity isn’t letting a set of twins get in the way of her exercise routine. That’s right… Queen B is at it again. Making us mere mortals feel even worse about ourselves because she’s maintaining a workout routine while carrying twins. I can’t even maintain a workout routine while carrying my breakfast so I can’t even begin to fathom how she does these routines while pregnant. Apparently…Beyonce is blessing the people with her presence by taking various workout classes around Los Angeles. Now don’t get too excited…Queen B isn’t exactly working out at your neighborhood gym. I know that was hard for me to hear too. She’s specifically taking classes at Soul Cycle. Yes that’s the gym that’s said to have somewhat of a cult following. Let me tell you…I’ve tried it once and never been back. That place is one really hard workout. A source told Us Weekly that Beyonce has been taking a class almost everyday. Apparently Queen B and hubby Jay-Z sneak into class after the lights are off and leave early. Makes sense…they’re trying to avoid a slew of sweaty fans mobbing them post cycle session. I can’t blame them there. Apparently Beyonce and Jay-Z aren’t the only ones taking these challenging classes. They’re known to cycle next to celebrities like Usher and Jenna Dewan Tatum. So we can draw two conclusions here…One I really should reconsider taking Soul Cycle classes because those celebs all look fabulous and two I shouldn’t be too surprised that Queen B is defying odds and taking these tough classes while pregnant…she is a goddess. I mean do you remember that famous Instagram pregnancy announcement that she posted back in February? Or the fact that she completely brought down the house at the Grammy’s performing with her growing baby bump? I’m telling yah she is hands down killing this pregnancy game.
