Camila Cabello Ready to Leave Fifth Harmony Behind Her FOR GOOD at the Kids Choice Awards
Although Camilla Cabello physically separated from Fifth Harmony months ago… the singer is still trying to get rid of the association. Camilla Cabello is finally ready to blow us all away and prove she left Fifth Harmony for a reason. In case you forgot… let me refresh your memory. Camilla abruptly left Fifth Harmony back in January just days after the group wrapped up with Jingle Ball tour. And it didn’t end totally amicably. The group made a statement saying they found out about Camilla’s exit through her representation while Camilla said she had discussed it with the girls months prior to leaving. Whatever you believe one thing is true.. since the split Camilla has a hard time completely separating herself from the group. However… she feels all of that is finally about to change. The singer is set to give her first ever solo award show performance this Saturday at Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards and apparently she isn’t nervous at all. The singer, who will be performing with Machine Gun, has been rehearsing non-stop so she can make everyone forget she was ever even a part of Fifth Harmony. As a forever Fifth Harmony fan that sentence was a little hard to read…but I understand you gotta do you girl. Now this isn’t the first time Camilla is defining herself as a solo artist. She’s performed solo on Ellen, attended the Grammy’s alone, and even teamed up with Pitbull on a new song for the upcoming Fast and Furious movie. Clearly…Camilla has wasted no time trying to show people that she can survive in this business without the help of her former bandmates. Apparently since the split Camilla has spent countless hours in the studio and has promised her fans that her new music will truly give them a chance to get to know her. She said quote “Fifth Harmony wasn’t the maximum expression of me individually. My goal is to be brave and open up my soul.” I have full faith in Camilla that she will completely pull off her performance at the Kid’s Choice Awards on Saturday…but what do you think? Will Camilla rock her solo performance or bomb it? Let me know right down here in the comments section.
