N.Ireland votes to try to break deadlock

Northern Ireland goes to the polls on Thursday in a snap election to try to scramble out of a political crisis. All eyes will be on the ensuing wrangling to form a power-sharing government. If they fail, direct rule from London is the likely result. Lucy Fielder reports.
