Tamara Samsonova, also known as "Granny Ripper," is a Russian woman who gained notoriety in 2015 for murdering and dismembering her neighbors. She was caught after her son found incriminating evidence and reported her to the police. Samsonova was found guilty but was deemed legally insane and sent to a psychiatric institution instead of prison. She had a history of mental illness and was known to be fascinated with serial killers, often leaving cryptic notes and messages after her crimes.
