*Crazy* Man Swinging Steel Rebar Shot with Beanbag Round

Suspect identified as 39 year old Ryan Doucette, was walking Broadway Avenue Swinging a piece of steel rebar. When officers approached Doucette he failed to comply with dropping the weapon. Officers including back up then use none lethal Beanbag Round and a taser to subdued the suspect and later arrested.
