If you thought Kylie Jenner had an impressive mansion, you CLEARLY haven’t seen Selena Gomez’s pad. Oh My Goodness it’s huge - and it’s for sale! And it’s far, far away from the Hollywood lifestyle! Selena has put up her Dallas Texas mansion up for sale for a cool 3 mil - and you’ll certainly get a LOT for your money. Like 10,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool with a slide, a tennis court, outdoor kitchen. Not to mention a gorgeous inside complete with a media room that the realtor says quote “Selena personally enjoyed.” Apparently, it was the reason she bought the home in the first place. Now you may be thinking - where is Selena going to live? Well, that’s a good question, because she’s actually quite the real estate mogul herself. Move over, Kylie Jenner. Selena has sold 3 homes in the last two years. Just a few months ago, Selena let go of her home in Calabasas - a 7,700 mansion with 6 bedrooms, a pool, an outdoor kitchen - the works! Now the reason Selena had to move was actually pretty scary! A stalker broke onto the property and wouldn’t leave. He was arrested in her guesthouse and the singer just never felt safe after the incident. Rapper French Montana - Aka Khloe Kardashian’s ex purchased the home for 3.3 million. And back in 2015, Selena said goodbye to another property. Guys, this one may be my favorite! Spoiler, it’s gorgeous Selena’s property in Tarzana quickly sold after the 24 year old completely renovated the property! The house boasted a gorgeous kitchen, 6 bedrooms, a spa, and a basketball court - perfect for the buyer who took it off Selena’s hands. Iggy Azalea and her then boyfriend NBA player Nick Young snagged the house and Selena made off with a 1.6 million dollar profit. Selena was quite the real estate mogul.
