Ally Brooke Going SOLO, Fifth Harmony Over? Ok Harmonizers! We’ve got some inside scoop on the group’s new music PLUS a crazy rumor that will break your heart! Oh get ready for this one! But first, we’re pretty close to getting new fifth harmony music guys, and it’s gonna be vastly different from their previous albums. Member Ally Brooke revealed that YES, the gals are working on new music - and it’s going to feature more personality this time around. “We’re in the studio working really really hard,” the signer told Billboard. We’re able to write more on this album. For the first time, we’re having a lot of creative control and input and that is something we are so, so excited about. We’re very happy to be in control of it and to have our voices really on it though the lyrics, through the writing, which is something we’ve never really been able to do before as a group.” This revelation comes just on the heels of former Fifth Harmony member, Camila Cabello’s confession that she felt controlled in the group. Talking to Billboard magazine this month, the 19 year old singer revealed “we didn’t write our records. Fifth harmony is an entity or identity outside all of us. And I don’t think anybody felt individually represented by the sound. We didn’t make it.” Ok, so Fifth harmony is turning a new leaf and creating their own sound. Awesome!! But will that sound last?? We’ve got yet ANOTHER breakup rumor for this group! Going back to Ally Brooke, she has decided to work on her own solo music. The signer is rumored to be performing a solo concert in Brazil this summer. Now, she’s not pulling a Camila and quitting the band, but many fans are speculating this is only the beginning of the end of fifth harmony! Ally hasn’t commented one way or the other, but that rumor mill is churning once again. What do you think? First, are you excited by fifth harmony’s new sound? And second, are you buying the hype that the group is splitting for good? Let me know in the comment section below.
