A NEW QUARANTINE - FOR FRUIT FLIES IN A 79 SQ MILE AREA OF LOS ANGELES

An invasive fruit fly has caused officials in Los Angeles to declare a quarantine for fruit and vegetables, which are not allowed to leave a home they are brought into and out of the quarantine area because the fruit flies are a serious pest for agriculture and natural resources.
