Nardya Miller, 25, spent a great deal of her life dealing with the challenging diagnosis of cystic fibrosis.

Originally told by doctors she wouldn’t live to see her twenties, Nardya shattered all expectations.

But those years weren’t without their struggles and Nardya would find herself in and out of the hospital due to her lung and digestive tract issues.

Wanting to have a second shot at life, the Australian woman made the decision to undergo a double lung transplant.

Things seemed to be on the up and up and she began living life to its fullest. She grew her beauty business, got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Liam, and bought a house.

But things took a turn for the worse when her body started rejecting the organs and she was placed into palliative care where she received oxygen 24 hours a day.

In her final days, she posted this heartbreaking message on her Instagram account:

Maybe I’ve known you my whole life, maybe I’ve known you for 10 years, maybe I’ve known you for only a short while, but in just over a week I will never know you again, I will never see your face again, I will never talk to you, touch you, hold you, ever again.

But I will always love you, and the friendships we built, and the memories we made.

Things do not always turn out how you plan in life, there are some really huge things that I will never have, places I’ll never go and things I’ll never live to see. But I’ll be watching. Always. Smiling. Because I was here.

I will never give up. As I never have. Now I’m just simply letting go.

And please I beg you to live your life to the absolute fullest. -N x.

In her final Facebook message, she expressed her love for everyone. Her final message was for more people to understand how important organ donation is

Her cousin set up a GoFundMe page to help financially support her loving fiance that she will leave behind. What a beautiful message she’s given to us all!
