That's right, I've got a set of asymmetric wheels from EliteWheels. Their model called the GNAR Trail 29. They claim that that's going to increase the overall spoke reinforcement. Now this GNAR Trail 29 wheel set was graciously provided to me from Elite Wheels for me to take a look at the features and designs of these wheels, put them to the test on my bike, and let you know what I think, which is exactly what I'll do. As a quick place to start, let's talk a bit about EliteWheels. And so when it came time for them to offer up these GNAR 29s, I thought it to be a pretty obvious choice because this is a new wheel set from them that features a very fast engaging hub and an asymmetric rim profile that's supposed to be set up and durable enough for an EMT. Now Elite Wheels is a direct to consumer brand.
