Woman Documents Evacuation From Gatlinburg Wildfire

Authorities in Sevier County, Tennessee, issued mandatory evacuation notices to residents of downtown Gatlinburg after a 500-acre wildfire burning in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park swept towards the mountain resort city on Monday.

According to reports from the <a href="http://www.knoxnews.com/story/news/local/tennessee/2016/11/28/rain-just-what-east-tennessee-firefighters-ordered/94535434/" target="_blank">Knoxville News Sentinel</a>, citing local fire officials, evacuations were ordered in the Mynatt Park neighborhood, East Foothills Road, Turkey Nest Road, Davenport Road and Savage Gardens Area.
