The agreement, signed by President Juan Manuel Santos and FARC leader Rodrigo Londono, or Timochenko, in Bogota last Thursday, was approved 130-0, a day after it was given the green light by the Senate 75-0. The official approval came amid opposition from the “No” camp, which was led by Senator and former President, Alvaro Uribe.

A previous deal was narrowly voted down in a October 2 referendum.
