Penn State Students Celebrate Big Ten Victory

Rumble Excited students took to the streets of downtown State College, Pennsylvania, following Penn State Nittany Lions’ victory in the Big Ten Football Championship on Saturday, December 3.

Mounted police were deployed for crowd control. <a href="" target="_blank">Penn State Police</a> called the celebrations an “unlawful disturbance” and said those who did not leave the area would be arrested.

Penn State Nittany Lions defeated Wisconsin Badgers <a href="" target="_blank">38-31</a> at Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday.
