Police Minister Judith Collins Enters Race for New Zealand PM (File)

Rumble Police Minister Judith Collins, a former minister for ethnic affairs, has thrown her hat in the ring to become the next New Zealand prime minister.

As reported by the New Zealand Herald, Collins, Health Minister Jonathan Coleman and Finance Minister Bill English <a href="http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=11761231" target="_blank">have confirmed they will run to replace John Key</a>, who announced his resignation on Monday, December 5.

File footage of Collins includes messages to Kiwis about Chinese New Year and Indian festival Diwali in her capacity as ethnic affairs minister, and a speech she gave to the National Party Conference in 2013.
