As the Syrian regime claimed to have captured 73 percent of the city of Aleppo on December 6, numerous airstrikes were reported in besieged areas, leading to at least 34 civilian deaths reported in al-Firdaus, Bab al-Hadid, al-Jaroum, and Qadi Askar.

This video shows White Helmet rescue workers in southern Aleppo’s al-Firdaus neighborhood rushing to an apartment complex, which had been hit by airstrikes during the morning hours of December 6. Rescue workers said at least five civilians were killed in the airstrikes, while more than a dozen others were wounded. Storyful could not independently verify the death toll; however, at least three lifeless bodies are shown throughout the footage.
