Farmer Brad Shephard shared footage of his flooded crops on Tuesday, December 6, months after flooding first affected western New South Wales.

Shephard stated he was waiting for the water to recede before harvesting canola, after damaging floods transformed the landscape and left various communities stranded as highways closed. The crops, at Shephard’s property near Nerang Cowal, have been under water for three months and have receded to about three feet from a height of eight feet when the flooding was at its worst.
