Joe Graham’s quadriplegia did not stop him from proposing to his girlfriend, Tonya, on December 7. The staff at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Wallingford, Connecticut, filmed the heart-warming moment Graham got on one knee to propose.

The hospital published the video on their YouTube, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/gaylordspecialtyhealthcare/posts/1437103582981417" target="_blank">Facebook</a>, and <a href="https://twitter.com/GaylordHealth/status/806675007497715714" target="_blank">Twitter</a> accounts.

Joe Graham broke his neck in July 2016 after diving into a swimming pool. The injuries to his spinal cord left him quadriplegic. He receives special care at the <a href="http://www.gaylord.org/" target="_blank">Gaylord Special Healthcare</a> center.
