As a nationwide ceasefire came into force across Syria on December 30, people gathered on the streets and in the squares of opposition cities under the banner Revolution Brings Us Together, calling for opposition to the government to continue.

Syrians protested in Aleppo, Idlib, Homs and Damascus provinces, where they displayed revolutionary flags and called for Syrian President Bashar Assad to step down.

This video was shared by a pro-opposition media group and is described as showing Syrians in Atareb town in Aleppo province protesting against the Assad regime.
