Rumble / Caught DancingHere's one that is guaranteed to get you up and moving today! This lady shows off her dance moves with her daughter still in the womb. She's destined to be a great dancer! How adorable is that? You can already tell how happy of a family they are going to become once her daughter is born!

Whether you're a fan of dance music or not, it is definitely something that makes your head bob, your feet tap, and of course your hips move! Nothing like a little merengue to spread a little joy for a few minutes. You can only imagine how much fun the daughter will have with her parents once she is born. Good for this pregnant lady to get up and stay active during her pregnancy. With another person growing inside of you, it can be difficult to find the motivation to do so.

Congrats, you are expecting! It is a wonderful period, you see your body changing and you feel the increasing bond with your child. Everything is progressing according to plan and when the due date comes, you expect it will just pop right out. However, that’s not always the case.

Kassandra Hanks was four centimeters dilated for two weeks and understandably, she started to get frustrated. So instead of waiting for the stubborn little one to pop, she decided to give it some incentive - by dancing to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling".

The dancing technique has been proven to induce labor and Kassandra here seals it shut! Two minutes into the song, she comes to an abrupt halt and touches her belly, meaning it’s go time! Almost 48 hours later, She gave birth to baby Rylee Grace. What an amazing and magical moment to behold! This is quite a show. Take a look!

Another proof that dancing is by no means bad for you or your child while still in the womb is this wonderful lady. Gemma Marin was 33 weeks pregnant and was still able to dance to her favorite Latin music , accompanied by her husband, boxer Israel Duffus. By the time a pregnant woman reaches 33 weeks, which is a little over 8 months, by the way, they can barely move. It is quite normal really, carrying a tiny human in your belly, all cocooned up in fluid. Imagine carrying a bag of water strapped to your belly for several months. It cannot be fun.

The young parents recreated one of their videos when baby Alexandra came to this world, to show that they can still dance the night away with ease. Gemma and Israel have a bundle of videos of them dancing anything from bachata to merengue, all of which are very intense and demanding dances. But the fit mom is performing them with ease, making us all turn bright green with envy and hope that we will someday be able to dance like that and 20 pounds overweight!
