While the rest of us are scrambling to lose those holiday pounds now that 2017 has rolled around, Oprah Winfrey has been working hard on her health for a year and a half now, and it's paid off! Oprah has finally revealed how much weight she's lost since joining Weight Watchers back in the summer of 2015. TV mogul has lost 42 pounds and admits she's the happiest she's ever been - not because of her weight loss, but because of her freedom in being healthy. “For the longest time, I was afraid to have a potato chip,” Oprah said in Weight Watchers magazine. Now I deny myself nothing. I just don't' give myself everything at the same time. But more importantly than losing weight, Oprah has really embraced loving her body, no matter what. “I could look in the mirror and love my body, love myself, not chide and minimize myself for being 200 pounds. If I don't lose another pound right now, I’m still ok.”
