Happy New Year! Happy new body?? Yea, that's generally the consensus come January 1st. So what exactly are your favorite fit stars doing to get bikini ready after the holidays? Well, let's just say a LOT more than I want to do. Netflix and chill still doesn't count as a workout, does it? So rumor has it that Khloe Kardashian is on the crazy military diet to kick herself back into shape post holiday season. Haven't heard of this diet yet? well basically it promises to make you shed 10 pounds in just 3 days by eating practically nothing for 3 days a week and regularly for the other 4. One boiled egg, a few saltine crackers and some cottage cheese for breakfast. sounds…. filling, doesn't it. So is this what's keeping Khloe is such good shape? I mean, have you seen her lately?? Well, Khloe is all about sharing her workouts on social media, but she rarely shares her food - although we did get a glimpse of her not so healthy Christmas breakfast. No military diet here. Selena Gomez, who is like BODY GOALS,is reportedly taking a different approach when it comes to shedding the holiday pudge. The singer is sweating! But not with the traditional gym sesh - Selena is an advocate of sweat lodges, which promises to shed up to 900 calories per session and all you have to do is sit there! Mind you, you're literally in a hot bed wrapped up and sweating for an hour, but no effort is required. Apparently Lea Michele is a huge fan of this process too, and by the looks of her latest Instagram photo, we’d say it's working. Hello!!! But really, eating next to nothing and sweating in bed is a bit crazy! What happened to good old fashioned working out? Is that still a thing?
