Part 5 of the Genetic Manipulation audio series addresses how beings who have suffered torture or generational abuse are the first choice for the Dark to manipulate and use. The emotional and mental releases benefit the individual and society. The Dark picks individuals who are still heavily tied to emotional traumas ingrained in their epigenetics.
