The large and small rhomboid muscles connect the scapulae to the spine (scapula stabilization). The greater rhomboid is involved in scapula movement (upward, forward, backward), while the lesser rhomboid helps the scapula to rotate. Muscle that straightens the spine (transverse spinous) - iliopsoas, longest, shortest muscles.

Execute :4-5 set 10-12 reps (rest 1-2 minutes)
