1/2 cup all purpose unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat Pastry flour (Bob's Red Mill)
1 Tbs baking power
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 Tbs coconut sugar (optional)
1 Tbs vegan spread
1 tsp vanilla extract
