Traditional Italian wine donuts (also good for children!)

These doughnuts were born near Rome in the Roman Castles and are very famous. Usually they’re eaten with some wine, and yes, there’s actually wine in the doughnuts themselves, but the alcohol evaporates during baking, so these donuts are often eaten by children as well – dunked in milk. Ingredients for 12: flour 250 gr, sugar 120 gr, 1 tsp cinnamon, baking powder, 1/2 glass oil, 1/2 glass wine.
