Preheat oven to 350 F. 9-inch baking pan
bake 20-25 minutes

Dry ingredients: Mix all together in a bowl

1/3 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup potato starch
2-1/2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup carob powder or dutch-process cocoa
1/4 cup plus 2 tab
