Chutney Cilantro

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger
1 salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs sugar
1/4 cup water
asafetida (Pinch)

Blend all ingredients together, then add in your cilantro. Blend until smooth.
