HOW TO MAKE A POTATO FRITTATA

A great idea for either lunch or dinner. Quick, simple and absolutely. Serve either warm or cold.

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes or 3 medium
8 eggs
1 red onion
1-2 large mushrooms
4 rashers of bacon
1/4 cup of cream
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopp
