Ingredients:

1/2 small white cabbage
1/2 small red cabbage
2 medium carrots
2 spring onions finely chopped
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
1 teaspoon of salt
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
